How Schools Can Build Creativity Thinking & Entrepreneurial Learning

In a world where careers evolve by the day and technology disrupts the status quo, traditional learning is no longer the only way to thrive and advance in society. Creativity in schools is one of the most important factors more than traditional learning. Because creative learning fosters innovation which is very essential for entrepreneurial skills. Check how at Resonance we foster science challenges, idea challenges, hands-on learning, leadership skills

Fostering a Foundation of Curiosity and Ideation

We aim to ignite our student’s “thinking classroom” by encouraging them to ask “why” and “how”. Our students in secondary years participate in Science Challenges and Idea Challenges, where they are required to identify a problem and come up with solutions creatively.

Our “thinking classrooms”, where mistakes are acceptable, motivate our students to develop a “willingness to fail”, so they may learn to think beyond their imaginations while mastering the analytical thinking skills to tackle challenges independently.

Hands-On Learning and Collaborative Ideation

To innovate, one must apply knowledge, and we achieve this through our pedagogy such as ResoSMART and experiential learning initiatives, where our students gain first-hand insights on how science and math work in the real-world

Through collaborative innovation challenges, we prepare our students to be entrepreneurial thinkers who can identify gaps and invent their way to a solution. This not only arms them with knowledge for higher-level examinations but also prepares them to build a “Zero to One” product for a global market while testing their resilience and resourcefulness.

Bridging Towards Entrepreneurial Thinking

Entrepreneurial thinking entails ownership, and in our foundation, communication skills are emphasized, so students may develop confidence in conveying ideas effectively. Students, through MUN-based exposure and collaborative responsibilities, learn to develop leadership skills to drive their people towards a shared objective.

What’s the ResoWay?

The students are encouraged to ask questions, allow mistakes, asked to try hands-on tasks, working in teams & giving time to learn value based-education.
